New Build Technical Audits

A design error on paper can throw a budget out by thousands. So an area of our work continuously in demand is technical audits of the cladding contractors drawings and other technical submissions. Because we specialise in defects investigations we have a foresight into exactly what will work and what will fail. To date, our role in assessing manufacturers drawings has always added value to a project far outweighing our costs. On every new build commission we have detected design faults in the prelimary stages and saved our employer thousands in money and avoided contractual complications and delay. Construction Monitoring: Once the building work is in progress, we believe regular inspections are essential to ensure everything is going to plan. This service has resulted in the elimination of defects that would have otherwise been incorporated on finished buildings. Again this saves on costly and disruptive remedial works.
